You should always supervise your pet when using any product purchased from us, especially feeding mats, grooming tools, water bottles, paw cleaners and enrichment accessories.

Do not use a product if it appears damaged, unsuitable for your pet, or if your pet becomes uncomfortable, distressed or attempts to chew, swallow or damage the product.

If you have concerns about your pet’s health, diet, behaviour, skin, coat, paws or wellbeing, you should seek advice from a qualified vet or suitable professional.

Section 4 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel or amend an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so, including where there is a pricing error, stock issue, supplier issue, payment problem, delivery restriction, suspected fraud or other issue affecting fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been accepted and processing has begun.

You confirm that products purchased from us are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on our website do not include a separate VAT charge. PawFix Finds is not currently VAT registered.

We may change prices, discounts and promotions at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not store full payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment, billing and account information for all purchases.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer Free Standard UK Delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Standard delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, courier, destination, customs checks or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. If no delivery time is agreed, we will deliver the goods within 30 days unless otherwise permitted by law.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Risk in the goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and assist you.

Section 7 — Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
