Returns and Cancellations

As we sell online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To cancel or request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in a reasonable condition, with all parts and packaging included where possible. Please do not return any item before contacting us, as we will need to provide return instructions.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the item has been sent back.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us with:

• your order number;
• a brief explanation of the issue; and
• clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We may not be able to accept returns where an item has been used in a way that causes damage, excessive wear, or makes the item unsuitable for resale, unless the item is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
